Nintendo Employees' Average Salary Revealed

Nintendo's average employee salary is approximately $62,000 per year. Nintendo's employee retention rate stands at a remarkable 98.9%, significantly higher than the average retention rate of 70% seen in Japan. The company's salaries fell by 2.3% in the last fiscal year, but may rise in 2025 with the launch of the Switch 2. While Japan has an employee retention rate of about 70 percent, meaning that about three in every ten employees hired by companies leave in less than three years, Nintendo has a rate of 98.9 percent.
